All Job promotions requires 5 Jobs of the same Tier
*Scarcity is a key aspect in the ARA protocol. Jobs that are promoted are removed from circulating supply.
Promotions Increase Rewards Payout
Each upgrade costs 5 Jobs of the same Tier + 1 $AVAX
Each Upgraded Tier receives a 20% bonus from the previous Tier
Upgraded Jobs are removed from circulating supply
Example A: Manager Jobs prints $CHECK equal to 6 Intern Jobs. This is a 20% increase in yield.
Example B: Executive Jobs prints $CHECK equal to 6 Manager Jobs. This is a 20% increase in yield.
